Submit proof of a valid/updated healthcare license of the corresponding area in which you plan to practice Sclerotherapy. If applicable the corresponding occupational license, and/or other documentation supporting you can legally practice medical procedures, in the State, Province or Country of choice.

Once accepted we will coordinate all matters via emails. At this time you will be given you the examinations guide and the many options available to you to make your examination a success. Examination guides include a description of the test format, list of competencies and sample test items.The purpose of the examination guides is to provide a general overview of the content and format of each test. Examination guides are not intended as all-inclusive sources of content knowledge, nor are they substitutes for our Comprehensive seminars or Sclerotherapy Manuals. Samples of test questions are not an exact representation of the content covered on the actual test.
When you send a complete application package to our Registrar Office our Certification Committee will examine your application to determine your eligibility for examination of Sclerotherapist Certification. All the information submitted will be held in complete confidentiality. Once reviewed an Official Statement of Status of Eligibility will be mailed to you. If eligible examination dates, time, and location will be enclosed.
If in the processes of review it is determined the information submitted is incomplete or additional information/clarification of subject matter is required you will be contacted.Your prompt response may be required, if you wish to attend the next examination cycle The examination cycle for Sclerotherapy Certification takes place every semester, deadlines need to be considered.
If your Official Statement of Status of Eligibility indicates that you are "not eligible" for a Sclerotherapist Certification Examination an explanation letter will be provided outlining the cause of denial and what needs to be cured or corrected before your application could be re-evaluated. Options for completing requirements will be suggested. If this were the case your examination fees will be returned, remember you will be informed exactly what needs to be cured or corrected.

Providing you the knowledge of the necessary skills for standard pre- and post-operative care, potential complications and documentation of care for sclerotherapy. Seminars are accredited by different agencies or associations depending on the course and location, usually as Credits AMA PRA Category 1 Credits per hour class. Verification of CME. CEU, or other may vary and are subject to change.Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. All of our courses/seminars/testing examinations intend to fully comply with the ADA.
